Cottesloe 12F

Year: 2024

Client: Private

This contemporary Australian home is filled with natural, organic finishes, and modern bronze and metallic detailing. The hero being the fluted concrete facade, surrounded by lush greenery.

Natural light play creates a sundial effect with the casting of shadows moving with the day.

A bronze-finish staircase with curved balustrade leads past a double-height window with matching bronze reveal.

A dramatic void sits above the living and dining areas, eye-catching flues with a metal paint finish extend up within the void, along with cascading pendant lights.

The kitchen has a cosier, intimate feel with lower ceilings and warm tones. A curved island with a metal base is complimented by black quartzite timber veneer cabinetry and metal rangehood.

The master ensuite features a Blue Santos marble, with polished plaster to walls and a metal paint finish to cabinetry.

Warm timber tones envelop the master walk-in-robe, with refined bronze mesh detailing.

Fluted plaster dominates the exterior, while powder-coated metal cladding at the base allows the concrete form to float above.

Double-height glazing opens to a north-facing alfresco, overlooking the gardens and pool.

Culminating in a modern family home designed for the vibrant coastal Cottesloe lifestyle.
